| Fabpost – Terms & Conditions of Use – Updated on 30th December,2011 |

The Terms and Conditions define the rules which govern the relationship of Fabpost with the users who use or access information from fabpost.
By using or accessing the fabpost site users agree to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Fabpost members are solely and fully responsible for any content posted by them or their friends or others on their fabpost account. The fabpost team does not review member content but may do so at its own discretion or if it gets any negative feedback from any other fabpost member or any other individual. |

| 1) Age and Other Requirements to join Fabpost |
|
Signup in fabpost requires a user to be of age Thirteen (13) or Older. It is mandatory for users in their
teens to inform their Parents & Guardians when they join fabpost.com. Fabpost shall have complete authority to disable or freeze accounts of users who are found to be younger than thirteen.
Users shall need a valid email address to join fabpost.

| 2) Type of Content |
|
| Fabpost does not take responsibility for the legal nature of any content posted by its members and if found objectionable by anyone shall have the full right to withdraw the content without taking any prior permission from the person who has posted that content. |

| Fabpost prohibits posting of any material or content of the following nature by any member: |
| |
- Nudity, pornography, or any other sexual material or content of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature or any material which violates the local, state or any government laws.
- Any material or content that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights or other rights including without limitations copyrights or trademark rights.
- Any material or content that is anti-social, threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, defamatory and invasive of privacy or publicity rights or voyeurism in nature, vulgar, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable.
- Any material which is private information either their own or belonging to other individuals or about other people including material which may be embarrassing or shows anyone in bad light.
- Any material or content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities including creating riots, or disorder or bomb making or any other activity considered un-lawful by the state authorities.
- Use of abusive language or verbal fights with people which can lead to creation of hate or fear or mental trauma amongst the members.
- Negative or hate propaganda or hate mongering or anti religious or any such information against a single person, a set of people, a sect, a religion, a region or a country / countries.

| 3) Intellectual Property Rights |
|
By submitting any content be it pictures, photos, videos, text, graphics, logos, audio clippings, names, writings or any other content on Fabpost, you represent that the content, its titles and descriptions comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth in this section. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against Fabpost based on content you post on Fabpost, you agree to indemnify and compensate Fabpost including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses including attorney's fees incurred by Fabpost in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.
Fabpost is the final decision maker & arbiter of what is allowed and not allowed on the Fabpost website. If a portion of the content in an account is found to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth in this section, the content shall be removed without any prior notice to the member and if necessary the entire account may be removed.
For any content which is governed by intellectual property rights that is posted on fabpost, the user grants a non-exclusive permission to fabpost to use that content in any way fabpost deems right without any royalty or payment for the use of the same.
Fabpost claims no intellectual property rights over the material or content uploaded by the users on Fabpost. Users grant a royalty free perpetual permission to Fabpost to use any open (global) content uploaded by them for sharing it with other Fabpost users including non registered users.

| 4) Management of Content |
|
Fabpost reserves the right to modify or remove any content in a member account or to delete a member account at any time without prior notice if that account violates the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Content stored on Fabpost servers are for online sharing purposes and not meant for permanent or temporary archival purposes. Therefore, Fabpost is not obligated to maintain back-up copies of any material submitted or posted on Fabpost.
Content or Listings uploaded by users may be used by fabpost for arriving at a consensus listing of that particular topic. For example if a user ranks a particular book as a favourite then fabpost may use that as an opinion to arrive at the listing of favourite books depending upon the number of people who have listed that book as a favourite.
Fabpost claims no intellectual property rights over the material or content uploaded by the users on Fabpost. |

| 5) Credit for Content Uploaded on Fabpost |
|
Credit shall be given to the site and user (wherever username is available) whenever a fabpost user uses any picture searched from FLICKR, IMDB or Fabpost Database for its Fabulous Postings. The credit for such pictures shall appear in the comments of those postings.
For example if a fabpost user searches and uses an image of Eiffel Tower by using the API of Flickr, the comments on that post shall carry the message 'Eiffel Tower image courtesy of Flickr user xyz' where xyz would be the name of the owner of that image from Flickr.

| 6) Indemnity to Fabpost |
|
Fabpost is not responsible for any financial or personal loss to members using their Fabpost accounts for business or any other purpose for any reason including but not limited to server down situations and accidental or willful deletion of member accounts and/or contents of said accounts.
Fabpost is not responsible or liable for any monetary losses incurred by members using their accounts for either personal or business, marketing or any other commercial purpose for any reason including but not limited to server malfunction, server crashes or software related problems. |

| 7) Feedback and Suggestions |
|
We at fabpost shall be glad to receive your feedback and suggestions for the enhancement of fabpost.
It may all the same be noted that any ideas, concepts, comments, reviews, feedback, technical notes/know-how or suggestions (collectively called as feedback) submitted by users on Fabpost shall become the property of Fabpost. Fabpost shall have the right to display, use, analyze, modify or selectively use that feedback without any charge or liability or royalty payment whatsoever to the person who provided that feedback while having the full right to use the same for its enhancement.
User may kindly note that they should not provide any information to fabpost which they feel can be commercially exploited by themselves or which has commercial value. |

| 8) De-activation of Fabpost Account |
|
Users may de-activate their account anytime without assigning any reason for the same. On de-activation fabpost shall remove all the content posted by the user as well as the links of the users with their friends.
The de-activated account may be re-activated within 90 days from the date of de-activation, in which case all the information shall be re-instated along with the friends list. |

| These Terms and Conditions Supersede any other prior Terms and Conditions of fabpost and are subject to being revised as and when deemed right. |
